Your workplace may like to organise some wellness sessions focused around meditation/guided relaxations. These are available for community groups, such as workplaces, wellness, community sectors and require a minimum of 4 attendees. The content of the sessions can be individualised and co-created with the organisation.
For example some themes people often choose are connection to body mind, reducing stress, connection to nature etc. The sessions are delivered with an emphasis on enhancing connection to the breath and increasing mindfulness in everyday life.
