Mindfulness for mothers, short perinatal course
This is a perfect opportunity for mothers to take time to relax, experience some zen moments and connect with themselves!
This short course provides a combination of different mindfulness and relaxation techniques, along with holistic-based learnings, to support the perinatal phase and opportunities for mothers to share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Becky is offering a 5 week evening Mindfulness for Mothers course to run during school terms, commencing Thursday 14 March to Thursday 11 April 6pm to 8pm. The course is offered to all mothers who are wishing to gain holistic knowledge to support them on their journey of motherhood.
